Image via CrunchBaseWell today I'm on Day 57 of the Niche Blogger membership course. With a lot of hard work and a little sweat, I'm finally beginning to rank on Google for keywords related to my first blog. I'm also ranking for some "accidental" keywords I hadn't even planned for!No, I'm not ranking on the first page yet (but I'm pretty close for a couple of keywords). Keep in mind that Amy's course is not about getting on the first page of Google in less than 24 hours (and then getting sandboxed the next day). It's about building a high-quality blog that eventually will rank high on Google and stay there for months to come (while you work on another blog to build long-term passive income).
If you read some of my earlier posts, you know that I said that the pace was a little slow for those with IM experience. Well--things are really starting to pick up now near the end of Month Two! Since I work full-time I haven't been able to implement Amy's marketing and link building plan 100%. But with the progress I've made so far--I have little doubt that I'll be making some income soon.
The great thing about the Niche Blogger is that you can build your blog at your own pace. It's taken me a while to get this first one started, but each blog I build will get easier and easier.

Are you still implementing the Niche Blogger?
Sorry for the delay in my response! Yes I'm still building niche blogs but I've moved away from Amy's method which was a little too basic. I'll be writing a new post with my plans for 2009.
